By accessing the UnTripZ website or booking any travel services with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking & Payments

• A booking amount of ₹499 is required to confirm your seat.
• Pay in Full: ₹6,499 (one-time payment)
• Early Booking Plan (Apr–Jun): ₹499 booking + ₹1,000/month × 6 months
• Regular Plan (After June): ₹499 booking + ₹2,000/month × 3 months
• All payments must be completed as per the selected plan.
• Cancellation and refund eligibility will be as per TWS refund policy.
• UnTripZ acts as a travel planner and coordinator; services such as hotels, transport, and activities are provided by third-party vendors.
• Travelers must provide accurate personal information and carry valid government ID proof during the trip.
• Foreign travelers must carry a valid passport, visa, and return ticket.
• Any misconduct or violation of rules may result in removal from the trip without refund.
• TWS is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by weather conditions, natural calamities, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• Itinerary may change due to safety or operational reasons.
• By continuing with a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

• Process bookings and travel enquiries
• Contact you regarding your trip or requests

Data Protection

We ensure reasonable security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure. Your information is never sold or shared with third parties, except when required for booking services.

Consent

By using our website and services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in this policy.

• Within 1 month of booking → 100% refund
• Within 3 months of booking → ₹499 booking amount is non-refundable
• After 3 months of booking → 50% refund of total amount paid
• After November / last-minute cancellations → No refund
• If trip is cancelled by UnTripZ → 100% refund will be provided
